DIY Colour Tablets

Here is an easy way to make your own colour tablets:

Materials:

1) paint swatches (I got mine from Home Depot)

2) wood tiles

3) Mod Podge

4) paint brush

I cut the paint swatches so the were the length of the squares and a little less than the width (2 of each colour). I was able to get two colour pieces out of one paint sample. Then I added a generous amount of Mod Podge to each square and placed the colour sample on top. Once it dried, I put a coat over the colour sample and wood. That's all!

Layla has been using them multiple times a day. When reading books, sometimes she goes to the box and takes out the colour tablets to match with the colours in the story, which I just love.

For under $5 and 30 minutes, you too can make some colour tablets!
